       CALL RETURN

HOW IT WORKS

You will get a message that says the phone number of your last incoming call. The message will also tell you the date and time of the call, as well as give you the option to call the number by dialing 1. (A charge of $0.50 will appear on your bill if you complete the call by dialing 1.)

To activate:

  1. Dial *69 (1169 from a rotary phone)

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: I keep getting a message that says, "The number of your last incoming call cannot be reached using this method."

Solution: If the number of your last incoming call was private, in other words the caller has All Call Blocking, Call Return will not work. The same message will be played if the call is coming from a location that does not provide the number information.

Problem: I cannot use *69, it does not work.

Solution: Some phone lines have a block called Call Return deny, which is a customer requested block to prevent the customer’s line from dialing *69. If you do not want Call Return deny, call Customer Service and we will remove the block for you.

FAQ's

Question: Do I get charged if I don’t complete the call?

Answers: If you don’t have Unlimited Call Return, you get charged for the *69 call. If you complete the call, you get charged for the call-completion as well as any local or long distance charges that apply in completing a call. If you use *69 more than 5 times in a month, you should get the Unlimited feature by calling Customer Service.
