Will my telephone number remain the same? 

Yes. There is no need to change your phone number.



Will my telephone work the same way? 

Yes. Nothing about the way you use your phone changes. For example: "411" information, "0" operator, "911" emergency, etc., all work the same way.



Will my features change? 

The decision is entirely yours. Whether you request service by phone or through this site, you can either keep your existing features or add/remove features.

Will a technician have to visit my business / home

No. It is not necessary for a technician or any other person from TRI-TEL to visit your premises. Your switch to TRI-TEL is completely electronic. we share the same wires and network as Verizon. 

Are there any monthly minimums required to get Tri-Tel’s low rates? 

No. You always save, regardless of how many calls you make. There are no special codes to dial, no long-term commitments, and no interruption of service.



Are my rates an "introductory" or a short time offer? 

No. We guarantee that you will save at least 10% and up to 23% from your existing carrier.


Can I keep my current long distance carrier? 

Yes. You decide which long distance carrier you would like to use and you may change carriers at any time.



Will I continue to receive bills from my previous carrier?

 No. Approximately two weeks after your switch to Tri-Tel, your previous carrier will mail you a "final bill" for your usage up until the time of your switch to Tri-Tel. Next, Tri-Tel will begin to bill you on a monthly basis. You will not be billed by both companies for the same time period.


Where do I call if I have a question or difficulty with my service?

 Tri-Tel's customer service can be reached at 212-962-5547 and is fully staffed with highly trained telephone professionals who will answer any of your questions. Whatever you need, you will always find our representatives courteous and helpful.

I only have local service,can you also handle my long distance at a discount ?

Our Cents a minutes is one of the most competitive in the industry. If you are not satisfied with your savings you are welcome to use any of the other distance carriers, such as Sprint, AT &T and MCI.

Who will send me my bill ?

Soon after you switch you will receive your final bill from Verizon. Thereafter, your discounted,itemized bill with your savings will come from TRI-TEL communications, Inc..
