TO ACTIVATE
- Dial your Voicemail number to
gain access to the system.
- You will be prompted to enter
your security code. Your security code is the four-digit code supplied to
you that allows you to gain access your personal Voicemail system.
- It is recommended that you change
this pass code to a unique four-digit number.
- Once you have entered your pass
code, the automated assistant will walk you through the complete voicemail
setup.
TO RETRIEVE
MESSAGES
- Dial your voicemail number to
gain access to the system.
- Like outside callers, you will
hear your set greeting, you should interrupt your greeting with the pound
key (#)
- You will be prompted to enter
your security code. Enter your four-digit security code.
- You will then hear an
announcement of the number of messages waiting followed by how to retrieve
them.
